Too Bee Therapy, a practice in Tinley Park, is excited to present a distinctive part-time employment opportunity for a licensed therapist position. This unique role, within our renowned practice that offers diverse and enriching experiences, is open to licensed therapists who are passionate about play therapy, individual counseling, family counseling, and psychotherapy. We receive referrals for clients of all ages with various presenting issues, providing a rich and rewarding environment for our therapists.
We're looking for a Part-time Licensed Therapist
The ideal candidate for this position:
- She/He is a motivated, reliable, and compassionate clinician who is licensed as an LCSW, Psy.D., LCPC, LMFT, or Ph.D.
- They should be willing to work some weekends
- Maintain an active license and malpractice insurance.
- Have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or couples is preferred, it is not required.
Part-Time Requirements
- Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
- Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC) in the State of Illinois
- Available 20 hours a week with the expectation of holding at least 15 client sessions
- OR active, provisional license (LPC, LSW) in State of Illinois
- Work 2 weeknights or a weekend + a weeknight (weeknights are identified as 4-8pm and weekend considered 6 hours)
- At least 1 years’ experience post-unrestricted licensure for fully licensed
- Committed to building healthy relationships with family

Part-time clinicians are expected to be available 20 hours per week to schedule clients and average 15 sessions per week or 60 sessions per month
